We went to the NC State and ND game in Raleigh from Charlotte. The pick ups were as scheduled, the driver was friendly and helpful with loading coolers, folding table and chairs. The return trip had to be totally rescheduled due to the game being delayed because of lighting. It was seamless, Charlotte Lux dealt with the change seamlessly. Charlotte Lux will be the first call I make whenever I need a car and driver. Excellent!

First off let’s talk about Trevor . This guy is an ultimate professional and should be the standard in transportation in Charlotte !! If Trevor is not the owner tomorrow he should be leaving and starting his own company . I’m from Ohio and he went above and beyond for me and it was greatly appreciated !! And Roland was just as good !! Made a 2017 transit van feel like a 2022 Sprinter !! Made my family feel like we was wrapped in love 💯 I could go on and on . On my return back to Ohio the standard has been raised !! Nothing else will do without service like I received from Charlotte Lux !

After a very hectic 20 hour travel day of multiple flight and car rental bookings and cancellations, my family had no energy left and needed a ride from Charlotte to Columbia. I called a few places, but there was no answer at any place. Trevor from CharlotteLUX called me back after seeing my missed call and assisted with booking a last minute car reservation to get us to our final destination. He did so with so much patience and ease, that I almost thought the booking was too good to be true and wondered if I had just given my credit card number to a scammer. Not even close, Trevor sent confirmation and receipt immediately by email. He was on time, provided excellent service, and helped my family make it to their final destination without difficulty. Great way to end a tough day of traveling. Highly recommend this company.
